At RxConnexion, we are committed to providing high-quality software, technology solutions, and subscription-based services to pharmacies and healthcare organizations. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our products or services.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through RxConnexion are final.
Because our software, services, digital products, and subscriptions provide immediate access to proprietary technology, intellectual property, software platforms, and related resources, RxConnexion does not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds after a subscription, license, service, setup fee, or other purchase has been completed.
This policy applies regardless of:

• Whether the service has been used.

• The amount of time since purchase.

• User inactivity.

• User dissatisfaction.

• Failure to use the service.

• Business closure or change in circumstances.

• Accidental purchases.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their recurring subscription at any time.
Cancellation will:

• Prevent future recurring billing.

• Remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

• Not incur any cancellation fees or penalties.

Your subscription will continue to provide access through the remainder of your current billing cycle. Access will terminate automatically once that billing period expires unless the subscription is renewed.
3. No Prorated Refunds
RxConnexion does not provide prorated refunds or credits for:

• Partial billing periods.

• Unused subscription time.

• Early cancellation.

• Downgrades during an active billing cycle.

• Suspension or discontinuation of service initiated by the customer.

4. Automatic Renewals
Unless cancelled before the next billing date, subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method on file.
It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue service.
5. Setup Fees and Professional Services
Any fees paid for implementation, onboarding, configuration, custom development, integrations, consulting, training, website development, marketing services, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has begun or resources have been allocated.
6. Custom Development
Payments for custom software development, custom programming, integrations, API development, design work, websites, branding, marketing materials, or other custom deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced, as these services are created specifically for the customer.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of RxConnexion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate billing due to a processing error.

• An incorrect charge caused by a verified system error.

• Other situations where RxConnexion determines a refund is appropriate.

The decision to issue any refund is entirely at the discretion of RxConnexion and shall not establish an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact RxConnexion to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services.

• Termination of the account.

• Collection efforts for outstanding balances.

• Recovery of chargeback fees and related administrative costs where permitted by law.

9. Changes to This Policy
RxConnexion reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting to our website or customer portal.
